Great portrait! I’m comparing it with the Texas longhorns.The horns do have that characteristic curve, but are not as long as with ours. The colouring of the hair is about what it can be here, but the hair is much thicker.
Hi Pit, always good to hear from you. There are just two, kept primarily as ‘pets’ – they are very fine beasts. I don’t know their origin but there was a third called Princess who, it was claimed, was the oldest known longhorn in the world – she was 25 but sadly is no more.
