For reasons I cannot fathom, my good lady has turned camera shy. Any attempt at the candid image will be met with “Oh, please don’t Robin!”. Undeterred, and as with most things, I carry on regardless 😀
Hey, where did we go
Days when the rains came ?
Down in the hollow
Playing a new game,
Laughing and a-running, hey, hey,
Skipping and a-jumping
In the misty morning fog with
Our, our hearts a-thumping
And you, my brown-eyed girl,
You, my brown-eyed girl.
Gorgeous post, Robin.
Thanks Jean – a bit of rushed one as I have not been posting much this month. Busy with painting the outside of the house but the rain has arrived – hence some spare time 🙂 Trust all is well with you and yours.
Love this. So much expression despite the shyness. Enjoy your break, Robin.
Thanks Julie – Pam cannot disguise the glint of mischief 🙂
Love the perseverance! Nice post.
A lovely post, Robin. I can sense the love between you two just by reading this post. I can see that she’s a beautiful woman.
Many thanks for your kind words Malin ❤
A great photographer behind the lens and lovely brown eyed woman behind the fingers😊
Many thanks Cate – not so sure about the former but you are dead right about the latter 😉
Beautiful post. I love the photo. The one eye looking out has so much expression and connection. Totally fits the quote – less is more. Happy days to you both in that gorgeous North of England.
Many thanks Lita, Pam is great for portraits when I am allowed 😉 Good to hear from you too and I hope life is treating you well. All the best, R
A warm and tender post – love shining through. All the best to you!
Many thanks – very perceptive 😉 – and all the best to you, Leya
