Travel theme: Misty – this photograph is a fairly accurate reflection of how I have been feeling for a few days (see the previous post). The image was taken last week during a spell of unremittingly bleak weather – it is the view across the fields from our house. Some days we are high enough to sit above any fog that sits in the Tyne Valley, but not this time. Fortunately, both the weather and me have improved enormously:

Isn’t she wonderful. I thought to include the trailer from the Clint Eastwood film but by contrast that was definitely of its time and truly awful 😦
Glad you didn’t. That film still gives me the creeps, both because it scared the hell out of me, and because, yes, it was awful.
I know mist is bad for car driving and ruins every hairstyle, but I have a faible for misty mornings (and for Ella)
I agree as long as it burns off by lunch time – last week it hung around for days 😦
