The world through my eyes imagines The People of the Sea emerging from the waves, their secret story betrayed by a copper plate daguerréotype wrapped in the folds of a treasured Selkie’s skin:

Inspired by David Thomson’s The People of The Sea – Celtic tales of the seal-folk and Ocean Spell.

This is beautiful and haunting…I love the atmosphere of mystery you created…..and where do those footprints lead? Really lovely creative post. But then you know I have a fondness for Selkies 🙂
